Sports and games are an integral part of our life and have become a way of life for a healthy and fit.
So, we arranged ” Sports Week ” in our school and organized several activities like , Bander ki punch, Backward walking ,Throw the ball , Monster foot , Yoga etc. From this activities children learn values like, discipline, responsibility & self- confidence and also feeling of true sportsmanship among each other and to enhance their physical and social skills.
